Multifunctional Cartridge Centrifuge

                    

This kind of machine is used to spin-dry the remnant ink inside the cartridge

Judging whether there is some remnant ink left in the cartridge and spinning-dry it is necessary before refilling it or the chemical reaction will occurred between the remnant ink and new refilled ink, so that the nozzle and syringe will be blocked by the crystalline material which formed by that chemical reaction. The remnant ink will be thrown away from nozzle or vent hole with in 20 second by a strong centrifugal force of 3000 rolls per minute.

It also can be used to clean the nozzle when terrible blocked. It just need to inject the cleaning solution into cartridge and stay for a while, and then spin-dry all the cleaning solution. The solution will thrust aside the block through the strong centrifugal power. So the operating of spinning-dry is the process of cleaning.

A universal clamp which is suitable for every kinds of cartridge is installed in the centrifuge.
